Returns and Exchanges

At GeoLux we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Orders Made by Mistake

Please note that the purchaser is responsible for paying for returns for items made by mistake. In order to return an item, you must provide the original tracking number for shipping, and return the item you received in good working, and undamaged condition. Returning damaged goods will result in no refund.

Items Damaged During Shipping

If an item is damaged during shipping to the customer, the customer does not have to pay for shipping. Please reach out to us to let us know if you would like us to replace the damaged item or issue a refund. We may ask for multiple photos of the item to confirm the damage.
